How can I tell this is a secure website?
Visit any check out or login page that requires your information and on your browser our website address will begin with https:// rather than the usual http://, also a small gold padlock will appear usually in the bottom right corner of your internet browser that indicates you are on a secure site.

What payment methods are accepted by VapeStarVaporizers.com?
We accept Credit Cards/PayPal and USPS Postal Money Orders.

Credit Cards and PayPal
We can accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards though PayPal. You don’t even need a PayPal account to checkout either! After you click confirm order on step 3 of checkout you will be taken to the PayPal website, you can either sign in to a current PayPal account or click continue checkout. If you would like to pay with your PayPal account you can either click the yellow Check out with PayPal button to use Express Checkout, or continue with normal checkout and you will sign into your PayPal after step 3 of checkout.

USPS Postal Money Order
We also will accept Postal money orders that can be purchased from the United States Postal Service for $1.10- $1.50. You will need to show a picture ID to purchase postal money orders for any amount over $3,000.

What will show up on my credit card bill?
Your bill will show a PayPal purchase from VSV Goods.


Shipping & Handling -

Do you offer FREE shipping?
Orders shipped within the Continental 48 States of the U.S.A with a total or over $75.00 will be receive FREE Shipping.

What shipping couriers do you use?
We ship all orders either USPS or UPS. Click the estimate shipping button in your shopping cart for pricing and shipping options.

Do you charge any handling fees?
No, we have zero handling fees.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 3:00 pm EST will be shipped same day. Other orders are shipped out next day.

Where can I find my order information?
You will receive order confirmation email after your order is placed. You can also view your order details by signing into your VapeStarVaporizers.com account via the login page. Once signed in, you will see your current and past orders now just click the view button to see all order details.

Where can I find my packages tracking information?
All tracking information will be posted in the comments section of your order details.

Do I need to keep checking my order details to be aware of any changes to it?
Nope, you will receive an email anytime your order is updated.


Returns -

What if I would like to make a return?
First check our Shipping & Returns page. If your order fits the criteria please contact us and we will send you all the information in order to complete a return. We work our hardest to keep all customers happy so please remember to contact us with any concerns.
